eHealth is a program provided by San Juan Health Partners Family Medicine,  in collaboration with Aztec Municipal Schools, designed to provide healthcare visits via telehealth to students while in school. The goal of the program is to help students stay healthy and stay in school. The program provides on campus non-emergency medical visits with a provider for students via video conferencing. The goal of the program is to help students stay healthy and stay in school by allowing doctors to help assess student needs.  To take advantage of these services all you need to do is complete a registration packet for your student with the school nurse. Volunteering @ McCoy

Classroom instructional volunteers are welcome, but asked to leave non-school age children at home with a child care provider.  We also note that children of school age should be at their school or classroom and not "volunteering" with their parents.  For special events and pickle and popcorn days children who accompany their parents to school must remain within their parents view at all times.

    Thank you,

    Pick Up and Drop Off

    student drop off

We are asking all parents and guardians to follow the pick-up and drop-off procedures.  The front of the school is not a safe place - or the correct place - to drop off or pick up students.  Please use the pick-up  and drop-off line procedures.  Student safety is a priority but to make it work we all need to follow our system -thank you in advance, for your patience and dedication to McCoy Kid's safety. Please use the link or the phone application to make transportation changes.

    Kid Heart Challenge

    Hello McCoy Families,

We have officially kicked off Kids Heart Challenge with the American Heart Association at McCoy Elementary! Our students will be learning the importance of helping others while keeping their own hearts healthy.

This week in PE the students will be participating in an exciting WARRIOR CHALLENGE presentation featuring our Heart Hero friends to teach us how to keep our hearts healthy! Meet this year’s Heart Heroes:

We will be sending home information with your student, but we wanted to make it as easy as possible for the students that choose to participate.

    Want to earn HEART HEROES?
With an online donation of $40 your student will immediately
be able to celebrate with FOUR Heart Heroes!

To get started, download the Kids Heart Challenge App (App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android) or visit to join our school’s team.
